The Library has been purchasing graphic novels since last year. They're not kept together, but shelved by genre. So, science fiction graphic novels are in the science fiction section; teen graphic novels are in the young adult section, etc.
To find them, search the library catalog with "graphic novel" as a subject. You can also search for a specific title.

On February 9, author Darlene Hartman will present a program on fiction writing called "Being There". In addition to her nonfiction writings, Darlene writes science fiction under the name Simon Lang. Her program will be at 7 pm at the Main Library. She may choose to tape this presentation.
