Freegal is the Library System's new downloadable music service. Library cardholders can download up to 3 mp3s (DRM-free) per week. Get started here. Hundreds of thousands of songs are available from Sony's catalog. Songs can be played on any mp3 player, and may be downloaded into iTunes. Each song has a sample clip you can listen to before downloading. Freegal is provided by the Friends of the Library.
