Join the library staff at the Bowles Life Center Branch Library for a hot cup of coffee to discuss how our newest branch library can better serve you. We will be serving refreshments starting at 10:30 a.m., and librarians will be on hand to answer questions and talk about library services. Come check us out!

Our Mystery Readers' group meets tonight (Thursday) at 7 pm to discuss Hunting Season, by Nevada Barr.

Our Mystery group is a very casual, informal way to get together to discuss a common book - we'd love to see you at our next meeting on October 12, when we'll discuss This Dame for Hire, by Sandra Scoppettone. Oh, we'll serve refreshments, too.

The Friends of the Library Fall Book Sale is coming up in mid-October.

Please note time changes - we're shutting down an hour earlier on Wednesday and Thursday, and opening up an hour later on Friday morning.
Tuesday, October 17 is a special Preview Night for current and new Friends members. Shop early between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
Not a member yet? Buy a membership at the door ($10 per household).

Remember, you can donate books and magazines throughout the year to the next Friends' sale by bringing them to the Main Library.
