College isn't just for teenagers - plenty of adults are returning to college, or preparing to start college or trade school for the first time. Need some help figuring out payment and financial aid?

Silvia Briceño from UTA’s Educational Opportunity Center will be available at the
Bowles Life Center Library to talk to individuals about the various educational options and financial aid opportunities for adults. If you have a high school diploma or GED certificate (or are working towards one), you can receive information and assistance with admission and financial aid paperwork as well as career testing/advising and information about scholarships.

Who should attend: adults 19 years or older, who are U.S. citizens or legal residents and who
are interested in continuing their education towards their first bachelor’s degree.

This assistance is free!

Monday, November 27 Saturday, December 9
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

The EOC is a federally-funded TIO program sponsored by The University of Texas at Arlington. If you cannot attend these meetings but are interested in EOC services, contact Silvia Briceño at 817-272-2506. This information applies to other schools besides UTA!
